The department is approved by College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan and University of health Sciences for fellowship training. The department is regularly performing major elective and emergency surgery. There is an advanced joint replacement center under the department which is regularly contributing in National joint registry. The department is equipped with modern operative suites and advanced armamentarium.
