Dr. Farah Hanif (MBBS, DMJ) is Head, Department of Fornesic Medicine. She has a teaching experience of more than 26 years.
The department has a well equipped laboratory and its museum houses numerous models, specimens, mountings, charts, skeletons and X-rays highlighting various medico-legal aspects essential for medical students learning to keep them abreast with advanced techniques in the subject. The arrangement of post-mortem examination in Lahore is centralized by Government of the Punjab at King Edward Medical University and our medical students are sent there in batches for this aspect of medico-legal training.
