Shanf Medical City heart center is another state of the art project towards the
betterment of healthcare system in Pakistan and aims to provide high quality cardiac facilities
for people of Lahore. Excellence and professionalism are the cornerstone of this project.
Heart center compromises of 24/7 functional 6 beded CCU with trained staff available round the clock. A fully functional Level 1 catheterization laboratory which provide facilities of cardiology interventional procedures including percutaneous coronary interventions, permanent pacemaker insertions and percutaneous transmitral commisurotomy,
Other facilities include 2D Transthoracic echocardiography and ETT testing.
Apart from these facilities our doctors are always available for emergency cover of cardiac patients as well. On Daily basis, patients are also checked in OPD by our most qualified senior doctors. A lot of patients with Myocardial Infarction, angina, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease have been treated at our heart center.
Heart center has dedicated team of qualified, hard working and highly professional doctors working as a team. Our faculty include Dr Ageel Asghar and Dr Zain ul Abideen both of them have done their FCPS in cardiology. We also have the services of consultant interventional cardiologist Dr Muhammad Kashif Zafar who has vast experience at Punjab Institute of cardiology and other leading hospitals in Lahore, He is considered as one of the best interventional cardiologist of Lahore.
We also have 4 medical officers who have training in cardiology from prestigious institutes of Lahore and are covering cardiology duties round the clock.
